Silicon PN Photodiodes

We offer three Excelitas photodiode series:

1. Blue Enhanced Si Photodiodes – VTB Series**: These photodiodes feature ultra-high dark resistance and are optimized for the visible light spectrum. The VTB series includes P on N silicon planar photodiodes that can be operated in photovoltaic mode or with a small reverse bias.

2. Fast Response Silicon Photodiodes – VTP Series**: Designed for low junction capacitance, these photodiodes are ideal for applications requiring exceptional response in the infrared spectral range.

3. Industry Standard Silicon Photodiodes – VTD Series**: These photodiodes are commonly used as replacements for competitive devices. The VTD series includes planar silicon photodiodes housed in molded plastic packages that transmit infrared signals while blocking visible light.
