Optical Receivers

These PIN and APD Hybrid receivers combine an Avalanche Photodiode (APD) with a transimpedance amplifier within a single hermetically-sealed package. By integrating both the amplifier and photodetector into the same package, these hybrid receivers minimize noise interference from the surrounding environment and reduce parasitic capacitances from interconnections, enabling lower noise operation.
