The piezo based products provide numerous advantages such as: almost unlimited motion resolution for nanopositioning, high force generation, motion without mechanical play and very short response times. Thanks to these characteristics, the piezo stages are suitable for many applications. All systems are designed using FEA and are measured using specialized interferometric metrology equipment. The piezo stages can be prepared for VAC, UHV and cryogenic environments.
